OMGC Vendor Load In & Load Out FAQ
2060 N Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027 (Every 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday • 9AM – 3PM)
Load In
There will be two lines:
– One for the yellow section
– One for the green section

Pull all the way to the inner gate; staff will check you in.

We have a strict load in policy to keep things moving efficiently.

Pull up parallel to your assigned space and unload quickly.

Do NOT set up your booth while your vehicle is still in the lot.

After unloading, immediately drive off the lot via the Vermont exit.

Head to the vendor lot at the Masonic Lodge (1900 N Vermont Ave).

It’s a 2-block walk from OMGC.
Vendor Parking Instructions

After your setup at OMGC, exit the lot by making a right turn onto Vermont Ave only.

Make a right turn on Ambrose Ave.

Continue and make a right turn on Hillhurst Ave (heading south toward Franklin Ave).

Make a right turn on Franklin Ave.

Finally, make a right turn into 1900 N Vermont Ave (Masonic Lodge) for vendor parking.

On Arrival: Staff will be present at the Masonic Lodge lot to direct you to your parking spot.

*Note: Please follow all staff directions for efficient and organized parking.
All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 9am.
Please keep noise to a minimum during load in. We have residents surrounding the school.
Load Out
You may begin breaking down at 2:30pm, but do not leave before 3pm.

At 3pm, you can retrieve your vehicle.

Only pull into the lot when you are fully packed and ready to load up and go.

All vehicles must be off the property by 5pm sharp.
- Leave your area clean and free of trash or debris.

Unload only, then move your car. No setting up while parked.

Be respectful of neighbors—keep noise down.

Don’t pull into the lot to load out until you’re 100% ready.

All vehicles gone by 5pm.

Clean up your space.
