OMGC Vendor Load In & Load Out FAQ

2060 N Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027 (Every 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday • 11AM – 5PM)

Load In OMGC

  • Enter on Drecena, the street behind the school (accessed via Ambrose).

  • Use the designated vendor entrance.

Load in begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 10:30 AM. All vehicles must be off the lot by 10:50 AM. Enter on Drecena and be quiet please as we have lots of residents in the area. Pull into the Vendor Lot and go in your correct line. Either Yellow or Green.

There will be two lines:

– One for the yellow section
– One for the green section

  • Pull all the way to the inner gate; staff will check you in.

  • We have a strict load in policy to keep things moving efficiently.

  • Pull up parallel to your assigned space and unload quickly.

  • Do NOT set up your booth while your vehicle is still in the lot.

  • After unloading, immediately drive off the lot via the Vermont exit then to Vendor Parking

  • We have limited Vendor Parking at OMGC in the Lower Lot

  • Cost: $10 per day. Cash Exact Change Only Please.

All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 11am.

Please keep noise to a minimum during load in. We have residents surrounding the school.

Load Out

You may begin breaking down at 4:30pm, but do not leave before 5pm.

  • At 5pm, you can retrieve your vehicle.

  • Only pull into the lot when you are fully packed and ready to load up and go.

  • All vehicles must be off the property by 7pm sharp.

  • Leave your area clean and free of trash or debris.
  • Unload only, then move your car. No setting up while parked.

  • Be respectful of neighbors—keep noise down.

  • Don’t pull into the lot to load out until you’re 100% ready.

  • All vehicles gone by 7pm.

  • Clean up your space.
