Vendor Update: Faster UI, Mandatory Password Reset, OTP Login, and Mobile Ticket Entry RequiredWe upgraded the Vendor system (and yes, it’s faster)
The Vendor side of LosFelizFlea.com has been upgraded with a faster, cleaner experience designed specifically for Vendors. Less time fighting the backend, more time selling.
1) New Faster UI
We rebuilt the Vendor backend to make the key tasks quicker and more obvious.
What’s improved:
- Streamlined Vendor Dashboard: Manage your profile, bookings, and info in one place.
- Easier Booking Flow: Reserve upcoming dates with fewer steps.
- Updated Vendor Tools: Several processes are now automated to make approvals and updates faster and clearer.
2) Mandatory Password Reset Required
As part of the upgrade, all Vendors must reset their password to access the new system.
What to do:
- Go to the Vendor login on LosFelizFlea.com
- Click “Forgot Password”
- Complete the reset and create a new password
This step is required before you can use the new login options below.
3) NEW: OTP Sign-In Option Now Available (Mobile Number on File)
After your password reset is complete, you can sign in using the new OTP (One-Time Passcode) option.
How it works:
- Choose the OTP login option on the sign-in screen
- Enter the mobile number we have on file
- You’ll receive a one-time code to sign in (no password needed for that login)
This is the fastest way to access your account once your password reset is done.
4) Mobile Tickets Required for Vendor Entry (QR Code Mandatory)
Vendor entry is now ticketed, and mobile tickets are required to enter.
Here’s how entry works:
- You will be emailed your new tickets within 24 hours
- Tickets will also be available in your account under My Bookings
- At entry, you must show the QR code from your mobile ticket
Important: If you don’t have your QR code ready, expect delays at entry.
