🚗Vehicle Clearance 7 feet maximum
🏁Setup Deadline Market opens at 10 AM — be ready before then
🛑Car Move-Off Deadline Vehicles that must leave the roof must be off by 9:45 AM
❌Early Breakdown Not allowed — vendors must stay set up until 4 PM
✅Load-Out Begins After 4 PM, once management gives the all-clear (~4:15–4:20 PM)

- Tent weights are mandatory — all tent legs must be weighted at all times.
- Do not block drive lanes.
- Do not move your vehicle during market hours.
- Do not break down early or leave early.
- Early breakdown or early departure may result in account deactivation.
- Follow staff instructions at all times.
- Keep your booth contained within your assigned space.
- Have your booth number or QR code ready at check-in.
- Vehicles over 7 feet cannot enter rooftop load-in.
