Hello, my name is Chris and I’m the owner of The Bread Bear LLC. I make an assortment of American/Mexican/Japanese/French style sweets that vary in texture, depth of flavor, and sweetness. I see it as sort of a mix of high/low as far as ingredients, technique, and price range. Being a small business, I also have the ability to pick recipes and curate changes to fit the themes of any market I am attending!!!
