Add and manage products

Steps

   Finish shop setup first

   Open Products from the seller navigation. If it is Locked, use Continue setup and complete all required steps including Stripe verification and Final review.

   Open the product editor

   Use New product, or Edit on an existing product. Details is the first step: enter a truthful name, description and relevant specifications/options.

   Add your photos

   Continue to Images and upload your own product photographs. Check the resulting images before continuing. Do not use images you do not have permission to sell with.

   Configure Pricing & stock

   Create the variants/options you actually sell. Enter each variant’s name, price and stock, and check active availability. Size/color options and descriptive dimensions do not silently change your shop’s shipping rates.

   Review and save

   Use Continue to reach Review. Choose Save as draft, Submit for admin review or Archive, then Save product. Save draft & close is available earlier once the required details and a valid variant exist. Cancelling with unsaved changes asks for confirmation.

6. 6

   Track approval and feature products

   The list shows status and Admin feedback. Shop approval does not approve each product. Saving changes to an approved listing returns it to review and removes it from sale until approved again. Use Feature/Unfeature on the list or the feature control in Edit; featuring does not bypass review.
