Booth sizes, event fees and optional licenses
Compare the advertised booth rates and understand the difference between a single event and a recurring reserved-seat license.
Steps
- 1
Read Per-Event Rates
Open Vendors → View Fees. The current advertised rates are loaded below from the same rate definitions as Vendors; they are not a second price list.
View Fees → - 2
Choose a size that fits your setup
The advertised categories include 10×10, 10×15, 20×20 and food booths. Confirm the actual event category and seat dimensions before adding to cart. The 20×20 description allows a car behind the setup; follow staff directions and load-in restrictions.
- 3
Decide whether you want a license
Booth Licenses are optional recurring add-ons for a reserved space. They are NOT required to vend and do NOT replace the per-event booth fee. Occasional vendors can simply book eligible event spaces.
- 4
Use the selected event total
Choose your event, category and seat. Its ticket/seat price and final checkout total take precedence over general advertised rates. Coupons and credit are applied only if eligible.

Good to know
- Do not interpret a monthly license price as the fee for every event that month.
- A larger space does not override vehicle clearance, setup-time or safety requirements.
Questions
Must I buy a Booth License?
No. It is an optional reservation subscription, charged in addition to event fees.
Where do these prices come from?
Advertised booth rates share the Vendors page definitions. License prices come from active license plans. Always review the actual event and checkout price before paying.
