Load-in day and market check-in

Prepare your booth, find arrival instructions, show your booking to staff and understand parking and rooftop preferences.

Steps

  1. 1

    Read current load-in instructions

Open Vendor Load-In Instructions before each market. The current reference lists load-in from 7:30 AM, opening at 11 AM, setup before opening and vehicles that must leave the roof moving off by 9:45 AM. Recheck the page and staff communications for changes.

  2. 2

Bring your booking and safe equipment

Have your booth number or ticket QR ready in My Account → Tickets. Bring your merchandise and setup equipment; tent weights are mandatory for every tent leg. The rooftop entrance has a 7-foot vehicle clearance.

  3. 3

Follow your booked floor and staff check-in

The rooftop instructions use the Bartlett entrance just off Beaudry. Have staff check you in before going to your space. Ground-floor bookings must follow their own booked-floor and staff directions; the rooftop route is not a universal entrance instruction.

  4. 4

    Park according to your space

Cars can remain in many 20×20 rooftop booths behind/alongside the setup when staff permit. Smaller spaces do not automatically include car parking. Vehicles that must leave follow the move-off deadline and staff parking instructions.

  5. 5

Submit a rooftop preference if relevant

Use Rooftop Booth Preference for the preference request available on the site. A preference is not a paid booking, guaranteed move or replacement for the seat on your order.

    Follow breakdown and load-out instructions

Read Early Breakdown & Departure Policy and Load-Out on the instructions page. Follow staff traffic directions; do not start moving vehicles through shoppers or assume early departure is permitted.

Good to know

  • The /checkin scanner is for authorized staff, not the check-in button every vendor needs to use.
  • Carry a readable ticket/booth number and plan for a phone with low battery or poor reception.

Questions

Can I leave my car in any booth?

No. Many 20×20 spaces allow it, but size, floor, safety restrictions and staff directions control. Check your actual booking.

Does a rooftop preference guarantee that floor?

No. Treat it as a request and confirm any change against your actual booked seat.
