Store credit and payment methods
Read your credit ledger, apply eligible credit at event checkout and keep saved cards ready for recurring payments.
Steps
- 1
Review Store Credit
Open My Account → Store Credit. The balance and transaction ledger show credits, usage and adjustments. An admin-issued entry is shown as such; inspect linked orders for booking-related compensation.
Open Store Credit → - 2
Use credit at event checkout
After adding an eligible event booking, use the store-credit checkbox at checkout and verify the amount applied and amount still due. Coupons have their own Apply control and eligibility rules. A fully covered order still needs its final confirmation action.
Open Checkout → - 3
Do not confuse credit with cash refunds
Credit is not a cash payout. The implemented event-credit ledger is not a general marketplace shopper wallet. For a disputed refund/compensation, give staff the original order number and any existing credit entries.

Open Payment Methods
Use Payment Methods in My Account. Add a card through the secure card form, set your intended default and remove outdated cards using the available controls. The app uses saved cards for eligible license/rental payment flows.
Open Payment Methods → - 5
Recheck failed license payments
Adding a card does not by itself prove a failed charge was paid. Return to the on-hold banner or Booth Licenses and use its recovery control; verify the resulting status/history.

Good to know
- Do not send card numbers, OTPs or private voice-agent codes in a support ticket.
- Stripe marketplace payout onboarding is separate from saving a card to pay for event services.
Questions
Can I spend event store credit in an online shop?
The current account credit feature is for eligible event ticket checkout, not a marketplace shopper balance. Do not assume it transfers to a separate shopper account.
Does a new default card automatically clear an on-hold license?
Not necessarily. Use the payment recovery control and check the actual transaction and license status.
