Getting started: apply to sell

Choose where you want to sell, verify your phone, submit your application and understand approval and terms.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the application

Choose Apply to Vend in the site header, or Apply Now on Vendors. Use Log in instead if you already have an account; do not create another account to request online access.

    Apply to Vend →
  2. 2

    Choose your sales scope

The application labels are Online store only, Vend at events, and Both. These describe what you request, not an automatic approval. Choose Continue → to move through the form.

  3. 3

    Verify your phone

Enter your phone number and use Send code. Enter the SMS code in Enter the 6-digit code and choose Verify. Use Resend only if needed; sending a replacement may retire the earlier code. Do not share codes with anyone.

  4. 4

Complete your business and consent information

Enter your account details, password, seller/business information and a real website or social link showing what you sell. Review the SMS/email acknowledgement and the Vendor Terms & Conditions checkbox. Messages may arrive by SMS and by email, including SendGrid terms reminders.

Read Vendor Terms & Conditions →
  5. 5

    Review and submit

Use Continue → and ← Back to review your information, then Submit Application. The confirmation page explains the next steps. Approval is manual; the app does not promise a turnaround time or guarantee a booth.

  6. 6

Check approval and accept updated terms

After signing in, open My Account. An approved account may have event access, online access or both. If Review the Vendor Terms appears, read the terms, check the agreement and select I Agree. Approval does not skip Stripe verification or product review.

    Open My Account →

Good to know

  • Use an accessible phone and email; password/email-code alternatives are available on the main login screen when SMS is unreliable.
  • An account application, an event booking and online-product approval are different decisions.
  • The application can show event-interest choices; these are requests, not a guarantee that those markets are open.

Questions

How long does approval take?

There is no guaranteed approval time. The event application explains that waits can be long and individual status updates are not provided. Staff contact you when a suitable opening becomes available; Support Center is available for technical problems.

Does an existing event approval automatically publish my shop?

No. Check online access in your account. Shop setup, Stripe verification, marketplace activation and individual product review remain separate.
